Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of cab, bus, tour, flight ticket, and visa assistance services offered by Worlds Tours and Travels. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Confirmation

Enquiries submitted via WhatsApp, phone, or the website forms are treated as booking requests. A booking is confirmed only after our team verifies vehicle/bus availability and communicates confirmation to you directly.

Pricing

Fares quoted are estimates based on distance, vehicle type, and trip duration at the time of enquiry. Tolls, parking, state permits, and interstate taxes (where applicable) are charged separately unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are eligible for a full or partial refund of any advance paid, at our discretion, depending on how close to the trip date the cancellation is made.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Additional waiting time beyond the agreed grace period may be chargeable. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.

Flight, Passport & Visa Assistance

For flight ticket bookings and passport/visa assistance, we act as a facilitator. Final approval of visas and passports rests solely with the relevant government authority; we do not guarantee approval or issuance timelines.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution for passenger safety, Worlds Tours and Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
